Every business minds are working to get maximum benefits from their customers. Therefore customer care is crucial elements of business success. Every interaction with the customers are having opportunities to buildup and strong the customers relations. In the competitive market organizations are heavily working to improve their reputation and increase the likelihood of further sales. In this article, my topic is the “adequate investment in online marketing and in social media advertising is the best ways to attract a larger audience”. There may be many articles and proofs that backing for this say. He included some information, tables and charts from a report on Key findings from U.S. digital marketing spending Survey, 2013 by Gartner, U.S. leading research and advisory company, established in 1979.
